A FEW OF OUR FAVOURITE RECIPES TO HELP YOU COOK UP A STORM

Here are some of our “go-to” recipes that you might like to try. We think they complement our beef and lamb well and, whilst relatively simple, make dishes fit for a banquet!

QUICK THAW GUIDE:

  • Up to 500g: 15 minutes

  • 500-750g: 20 minutes

  • 750g-1kg: 30 minutes

  • 1-1.5kg: 45 minutes

  • 1.5-2kg: 1 hour

These times assume the meat is sealed in vacuum packaging and submerged in cool water, with the water refreshed occasionally to maintain a constant temperature.

This method ensures safe thawing without compromising the texture or flavour.
